The second edition of QFS bulletin is dedicated to health and hygiene issues. This publication reflects community health problems, project activities, ad-hoc observation in field, and others. This publication aims to serve as pilot instruments for any further national project that will be realized in informal areas about health and hygiene. This material could be downloaded only in Albanian Language.

This is the first number of the periodical publication of the Center “Children Today”. This study is an analytic review of Albanian Legislation which reflects child participation. This publication is an added instrument for a better promotion toward different actors and general public, meant for the importance of child participation in decision making processes.

Center “Children Today” during the period May – June 2008, has developed a curricula study (of 9-th school), abort the incorporation of concept and democratic citizenship value.

This report is based on material arising from a review of literature published by international and domestic NGO’s, consultants and academics. It is intended to serve as a baseline document and foundation for strategy formation for Children Today. It would be happy to also find an audience among external practitioners and academics. The examination aims to be comprehensive, but is by no means exhaustive.

The material is a briefing including: - key issues concerning children in Albania, - executive summary and data snap shop on children; - policy framework for children and Children Today Center policy. Soon the Center ill publish a complete study on the situation of children in Albania based on the studies of different actors in the country working on children issues, as well as different legal documents and policies approved by the Albanian government for children.
